I’m Losing My Mind Again, Omah Lay Cries Out

Afrobeats singer Stanley Omah Didia popularly known as Omah Lay, has alarmed fans with a Snapchat rant revealing a resurgence of his depression, triggered by frustrations with recording contract and music industry dealings.

He expressed regret over past decisions, slamming contracts, labels, the music business, his younger self and his manager.

He wrote: “F*k contacts. Fk labels. Fk the music business. Fk my younger self. F*k my manager. God please, I’m losing my mind again”.

Omah Lay has previously been candid about his mental health struggles.

His debut album, Boy Alone, released July 15, 2022, reflected his battle with depression.
