A former Malawi’s Deputy Minister of Local Government, Godfrey Kamanya (pictured above) reportedly committed suicide yesterday May 22nd, barely a day after the Malawi elections results started filtering in showing that he’d lost the parliamentary seat he was competing for in the 2014 Tripartite elections.
