Two illegal universities have been sealed in Lagos by the Nigeria Universities Commission (NUC). The institutions, Evangel University of America, Egan,Igando, and Clinton University Study Centre, in Ojokoro, an outskirt of Lagos Statewere shut last Tuesday.
