Mums gee

August meeting 2013 is with a difference, as Imo state first lady,  Her Excellency Nneoma Nkechi Rochas Okorocha, declared it “August Meeting with a Beauty”.

African Woman Skillashy Crooner and the beautiful wife of Prince Eke, Muma gee, emerged the winner as Mrs Ngor-Okpala Local Govt Area in Imo state (the biggest LGA in Nigeria).

The  event took place on the Ist of August in Imo state, and guess what? Her Excellency personally crowned her the beauty Queen on the 1 of August, 2013.

Diamond Celebrities had a sat down talk with the talented musician and she told us “she was kind of surprised when they called her to partake in a contest.”

“All my life till I got married, I have never imagined myself taking part in any beauty contest, so it’s kind of surprise to me when they called me up to contest.

I couldn’t imagine me at this level in life considering my status, my career and as a married woman going for a beauty contest.

At first when I was chosen to represent the Umuhu women, I laughed but in the end it worth it.

I entered the competition as Mrs Umuhu representing the Umuhu autonomous community and out of the 28 autonomous Communities in the L. G. A , I emerged  as the winner of Mrs Ngor- Okpala Local Govt Area in Imo State.”

By the end of the 2013 August meeting, one of us will emerge Mrs Imo 2013″

PS: Autonomous community is made up of a minimum of 5 villages and may be up to 10.

Muma Gee is currently working on her latest album, watch out!!!
