The State Security Service (SSS) has prevented the former governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Mr. Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, from traveling abroad. Mr. Sanusi was stopped at Mallam Aminu Kano International Airport, in Kano, on his way to France for an onward journey to Mecca for the lesser Hajj.
The Nigerian secret police, the SSS also seized Mr. Sanusi’s personal passport. Despite Sanusi’s presentation of a court order preventing the government from harassing him and restraining his movement, the SSS agents stuck to their guns. The agents told Sanusi that they were obeying an order from the presidency.

Nigeria is heading towards her doom!!! Reading through the Nigerian youths comment here… I discovered it is a fact that our rulers have used religion and ethnicity to enslave us and our education that suppossed to bring us light has succeeded in puting us deep down the pit in darkness of ignorance! Solution is to allow Nigeria to break! So painful for me to admit but our rulers will continue looting and enjoying their ill goten afluence while we, the masses, are fighting ourselves along ethno- religion axis!!! The hausa hate igbo, igbo hate s hausa, yoruba hates hausa, hausa hates yoruba, igbo hates yoruba, yoruba hates igbo!!! Christians hates muslims while muslims hate christians!!! But the most disturbing is that the youths hate their future!!! And a nation with shallow minded youths is on the verge of collapse!!! May God save and blessed Nigeria!
