Navina Spring was handed a 12-month community order for being caught twice having sex in public
In evidence given to Southern Derbyshire Magistrates Court the church volunteer who rumbled them said he was ‘disgusted and angered by what he saw.’
Astonishingly Spring and her lover had been discovered semi naked in a car park by a mother and daughter only eight days earlier.
‘Both were naked from the waist down, there was no clothing on their bottom halves and there were a number of members of the public in the area at the time,’ said prosecutor George Speed, while talking about the previous incident.
Spring’s defence had argued she was drunk and homeless, which had made her vulnerable, but she still admitted twice committing an act of outraging public decency.
She also plead guilty to drunk and disorderly and was given a 12-month community order with compulsory alcohol treatment sessions attached.
She had to pay a total of £145 in costs.
The man, whose name was not released, was also punished for both incidents.
