Man marries his stepmother in front of his dad (Photos)

A man has married his former step mother, with his dad (her ex-husband) attending the wedding.

The marriage of Eric Holder, 45, and Elisabeth Lorentz, 48, almost didn’t happen though as the union of stepchildren and stepparents is illegal in France.

The two were only allowed to say ‘I do’ after winning a court battle and surprisingly, Holder’s father was there in Dabo on Sunday to see the nuptials.

‘At last, it’s the big day!,’ said Ms Lorentz following the court verdict.

‘I simply hope that our story will be useful for other couples in our situation, because I know there are some.’
