The reality star’s heartache turns to happiness when fertility expert tells her she and husband Kanye West will be able to have a little brother or sister for North.

Devastated after learning there was some placenta left in her uterus from when she gave birth to baby North…

But following an operation by top Beverly Hills fertility expert, Dr Huang, Kim has been told that she will be able to get pregnant easily once again.

As Kim, 34, came round from her operation, Dr Huang showed her mum Kris before and after scans and informed her that he would give her hormone tablets.

Speaking on this week’s Keeping Up With the Kardashians in America, a delighted Kris said of her daughter’s news: “To hear that Kim’s surgery is a success is everything to me.

“The fact the fact that everything looks great and she’s going to heal is music to my ears.”

As Kim came round from her operation, Dr Huang dealt her the good news.

She asked him if she thought her chances of conceiving were now higher, saying: “Do you think I will have a hard time getting pregnant?”

And he replied: “I hope not, I’m very pleased with how you did.”

Kim added: “The fact that the doctor said this went well is amazing. There is nothing I want more on this earth than to be pregnant again.”
