Widow hires strippers to dance around dead husband’s coffin at funeral (Photos & Video)

Mourners were treated to a sexy performance by strippers who danced around the deceased’s coffin at his funeral.

The scantily clad ladies were hired by his own wife, according to The People’s Daily.

A video of the bizarre ceremony shows two women dressed in underwear and knee-high boots draping themselves over the coffin and dancing to Maroon 5’s Moves Like Jagger.

Some mourners appeared to be more interested in filming the sexy dancers rather than remembering their departed friend as they vied for the best position to take photos and videos on their smart phones.

Mrs Jian said she knew her spouse always had an eye for the ladies and wanted to ensure that his final journey was one that he would appreciate, in his home town of Taipei, Taiwan.

Strippers at funerals has links back to the mafia in Taiwanese culture.

They arrive on the back of neon-lit trucks known as Electric Flower Car.

Friends said the extremely understanding Mrs Jian was a devoted wife and after Mr Jian had suffered a stroke before his death, she would spend every minute at his bedside, attending to his every need.
