The Obama Women Touch Down in London in Grand Style (Photos)

Michelle Obama and her two daughters, Sasha and Malia, touched down in London on Monday, kicking off the First Lady’s European tour to promote education for girls.

Each of the Obama ladies wore fun, flirty frocks that are the perfect inspiration for summer weddings.

Michelle, 51, looked effortlessly chic as always in a custom Preen yellow dress with blue lace overlay. The fit-and-flare frock featured three-quarter-length sleeves, a thin black belt and a surprise navy blue back. As for footwear, the First Lady wore black Match pumps by Jimmy Choo, one of her favorite designers.

While in London, the Obama will meet with local students to “discuss how the U.K. and the U.S. are working together to expand access to girls’ education around the world,” according to a press release from her office.

The Obama women, accompanied by Michelle’s mother, Marian Robinson, will also travel to Milan and Vicenza, Italy, as part of the First Lady’s Let Girls Learn Initiative.
