Amber Rose likes to make a statement wherever she goes and she certainly managed that in Los Angeles on Wednesday.  The model and actress was spotted out in West Hollywood wearing a clinging dress covered in a pattern of $100 bills.  Amber’s dress hugged her curves and was cut low in front to display her cleavage.
