It has become obvious that Silverbird management is out to drag the public image of senator Ben Bruce to the mud. Ben Bruce while the chairman of Silverbird group took the company to an enviable height as the golden bride of the entertainment industry in Nigeria.
Ben Bruce’s philosophy does not encourage owing of staff salary. But it seems that since he joined politics and resigned his position as the CEO of the group and left the helm of affairs in the hands of top management, the affairs of the brand have been left tarnished by incapable management who have left the brand in a shabby state.
Among their woes is lack of payment. As at this moment, Silverbird staff in Benin and Awka are being owed several months salary. Some of the staff in Awka have turned to begging in order to survive and be able to feed their family.
Sir, Nigerians know that you’re a good man and your vision and philosophies are brilliant. Please look into your company and do not let your top management tarnish your political/public image.
