First photos of woman saved by hero who died taking bullet for her during Paris massacre

These are the first pictures of a woman who was reportedly saved when a hero died taking a bullet for her during the Paris terror attacks.

Ludovic Boumbas sacrificed his life for Chloe Clement, when he threw himself in front of her as gunmen opened fire at La Belle Equipe café in the French capital on Friday night.

Chloe, who is recovering in hospital, is said to be so traumatised she keeps repeating her saviour’s name.

The manager of Café des Anges – which was also attacked – 27-year-old Virgile Grunberg, went to visit Chloe in hospital and said: “She was on morphine and was in shock. She would barely speak. She felt guilty because Ludovic died for her. She just kept repeating his name again and again.”
