Proving they’re patching up their relationship, Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian have been spotted together once again.

The pair appeared to be in good spirits as they enjoyed a lunch date in Calabasas, Los Angeles, on Wednesday along with daughter Penelope.

Scott, who left rehab last month after voluntarily checking himself in days after Lamar Odom was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel, looked happy and relaxed as he made his way into the restaurant.

Kourtney, dressed down in a denim shirt and jeans, looked just as happy to be there as she carried daughter Penelope…
