Nollywood first actor has returned to his legal practice with his insistence that President Buhari is under a constitutional obligation to appoint an indigene of the Federal Capital Territory as a Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

The UN peace ambassador sued President Buhari for not appointing an indigene of the FCT as Minister. The case came up for mention at the Federal High Court, Abuja on the 19th of May, 2016. It was adjourned to the 27th of June, 2016, for hearing.

Talking to diamond celebrities, in his own words, the Nollywood African best actor 2009, said that “it is really unfair that the indigenes of the Federal Capital Territory on whose land the capital is built and on whose land the ministers from other states meet every week are excluded from being a minister in their own country. This injustice should be redressed without delay and I will continue to fight as a residence of the FCT until justice is done”.
