WAGS (Women Aspiring Great Success) is a focus on empowerment group aiming at improving the social skills of women.

The Charity Ball is a fundraising event to raise funds for Sanitation. We believe the dignity of women is important to their everyday life and as such we have identified an area which women feel has been failed by many. Sanitation amongst poverty stricken women had become an issue of concern as this has left women vulnerable to all kinds of diseases.

Raising funds will not only supply them with a short term fix but we have located a company in India where we can buy machinery and raw materials which will improve the skills of many women including those in Prison. They will be taught to make reusable pads which will last up to five years and this is smart move as compared to the tree leaves, dirty cloths which they cannot wash until the end of their cycle.

Lack of clean water has also had a huge impact on the lives of many leaving everyone vulnerable. We are hopeful this event will mark the beginning of a life changing journey. We are also keen to hear from individuals who wish to donate disposable sanitation or in cash. Our team in Zimbabwe are working so hard to improve lives of fellow ladies as we continuously sustain the demand using our own resources.
