The 31-year-old is due to give birth to her second child – her first with husband Russell Wilson – in a matter of weeks, so her condition made the situation even more fraught.
But just hours after the collision, she was able to tweet: “Thankful For Gods Grace, and Amniotic Fluid.”
Seattle Seahawks ace Russell also took to social media to update their worried fans, telling them: “Momma Wilson & Baby Wilson are feeling great! God is good!”
