Mrs Winifred Mena Ajakpovi is a Lawyer, a consummate HR professional of over 2 decades, and has held several roles in multinational organizations, within the human resource management function.

Winifred recently disrupted her career track and went into film making establishing a Film Production house and already has some productions and co-productions to her credit on Netflix.

This move underscores Winifred’s belief that there can be multiple expressions of one person and she enjoins everyone to find their passion and live it. She runs a mentoring program called Switch360 focused on nudging everyone to find and birth their passion.

Her recent book titled ‘Life Unusual’, not only addresses career issues but also provides pointers to identifying and pursuing passion.

Winifred holds a Bachelors degree in Law, a Masters degree also in Law and an MSC in International Human Resource Management from Cranfield University, UK.
