Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing Sunday has revealed why some of her colleagues die in silence. The thespian known to be vocal especially on social media via a video post further advised her colleagues on how to find true happiness.

She said, “The truth is, a lot of you wish you were this expressive; I mean, you wish you can express yourself the way I am doing right now. It is okay for you to be private with your life, that is on you. As for me, Nkechi Blessing Sunday, this is how I choose to live my life. I am Aquarius and I am unapologetic. Let me talk to the celebrities. Some of you are dying in silence because of what people would say.

“Guess what? Those people are in your imagination. By the time you shut them out and ‘do you’; you will start experiencing real-life happiness. Remember, you are a human being before you became an actor, celebrity or whatever it is that you are. You are human first. So, live like a human being and leave your status aside then you would start seeing real-life happiness. I am not a motivator but that is the fact.”
