Burna Boy Responds To Critics Over His New Bugatti Chiron Worth Over ₦9 Billion

Burna Boy has responded to people questioning his decision to buy a custom 1-of-1 Venuum Widebody Bugatti Chiron, a luxury hypercar reportedly worth more than ₦9 billion and said to be the most expensive car in West Africa.

Some people questioned why he would buy such an expensive car, asking which roads he planned to drive it on given the condition of many roads. Responding to the criticism, Burna Boy said:

“I buy Bugatti, dem ask which road I go drive am? No be today we dey do road like Julius Berger.”

With the statement, Burna Boy pointed to his long-standing contributions to road construction and development, pushing back against criticism that questioned his decision to buy the luxury car.
