Khloe Kardashian Shares Why She’s Now Honest About Her Cosmetic “Enhancements”

After nearly 20 years in the spotlight, Khloe Kardashian has nothing to hide. 

Which is why The Kardashians star finally decided to come clean about all the cosmetic procedures she’s had done last year, regardless of what internet haters might say about her appearance.

“This gentleman was dictating all these things that I did,” Khloe—mom to daughter True, 8, and son Tatum, 3, with ex Tristan Thompson—reflected in a People interview published June 18. “And if I did, I would totally say that. I don’t have a problem with it.”

But after two decades of facing plastic surgery rumors, the 41-year-old was finally ready to set the record straight once and for all. 

“I also want people to know, not that anyone thinks this is all natural, but it’s not,” Khloe continued. “There is maintenance involved. I’ve been in the public eye since I was 21. And so age has something to do with it, weight loss for sure. But yes, I’ve had enhancements. I’ve had my nose done. I love any sort of laser or injectable.”
